Wasn't born sporty. Never felt confident. Started clueless in the gym, in my late 20s, barely able to lift 2kg. But with stubbornness and a lot of learning (and laughs), I got stronger, found my passion, and built a wellness career helping thousands of women do the same.
Now I'm a certified PT, nutritionist, yoga teacher, and author - living proof it's never too late to start. My approach is no-BS, down-to-earth, and designed for real women 35+ who want strength, energy, confidence, and freedom from fads. I sweat and laugh along with you, simplify the complex, and always keep it real.
