Hi, I'm Shelley, Founder of Strong Curves and strength coach for women over 35 - helping busy women build strength without pressure or perfection.
I wasn't born sporty - I hated exercise and spent years struggling to stay consistent. Like many women, I tried starting over again and again. Strength training changed that - not because it was extreme, but because it taught me how to work with my body and build habits I could actually stick to.
Over time, I became stronger, more confident, and consistent in a way that finally felt sustainable. I created Strong Curves for women 35+ who want strength training that fits real life.
